Passion cream
Instructions
Peel fruit and put the pulp and juice in a bowl.
Working with the whisk mascarpone cheese, cream, yoghurt and sugar to taste until foamy cream.
Blend the pulp and juice of passion fruit and cream gently.
Break it up into two cups and keep cool until ready to bring to the table.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 100 g of mascarpone
- 100 g of fresh cream
- 125 g of white yoghurt
- 3 passion fruit
- Vanilla icing sugar
