Instructions
Throw barley in boiling broth and add herbs related to bunch, pepper and salt.
Bake for 1 hour, and even more if the barley was still hard.
Then pass through a sieve 2/3 barley, add it to the broth that is passed to the strainer.
Merge, off the heat, butter, cream and barley remained whole.
Serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 800 g of pearl barley
- 50 g of butter
- 1 glass of cream
- 200 cl of meat broth
- Laurel
- Thyme
- Parsley
- Celery
- Pepper
- Salt
