Instructions
Heat the cream with the milk and vanilla.
Pour over egg yolks mixed with sugar, pour it all into individual molds and cook in the oven at 80 degrees for 45 minutes.
When the cream is ready, sprinkles of brown sugar and bake.

- 500 G = = Cream
- 200 g of milk
- 1 pod vanilla
- 5 egg yolks
- 100 g of granulated sugar
- 50 g of brown sugar
