Instructions

Peel the peaches, cut them into pieces, place in a saucepan with sugar and 1/2 glass of wine, Cook for about 20 minutes and whip.

Whip the egg yolks with sugar, Add flour, milk and boil, add the puree of peaches, whipped cream and mix.

Pour into a large bowl, garnish with bits of angling and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
