Strawberry cream
Instructions
Sifting through the overripe strawberries.
Put them in a saucepan with the sugar and the isinglass soaked, wrung out and dissolve in 2 tablespoons warm milk or water.
Add the cream.
Put the mixture in the fire for a few minutes.
Pour into cups and serve with biscuits.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 150 g of strawberries
- 50 cl of cream
- 150 g of sugar
- 15 g of isinglass
