Instructions

Beat the egg yolks with sugar, Add flour, Vanillin, liqueur, orange zest and orange juice and cook the custard, stirring until thickened but do not boil.

Whip egg whites until foamy, add them to the cold cream, stir, pour into a bowl and keep in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
