Orange cream (Crema All'arancia)
Instructions
In a small saucepan boil the juice and grated rind of oranges and sugar.
Melt the gelatine soaked in plenty of cold water and squeezed and add the almond paste.
Add the yogurt and let cool.
Mix everything with whipped cream, fill with the mixture the molds (8 cm diameter) and go in the fridge for 2 hours.
Put the cream on the cake and decorate with orange slices and cherries.
Orange cream, for the richness and variety of his decoration need not be accompanied by any sauce: is perfect as it is.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 2 oranges
- 70 g of sugar
- 4 sheets of gelatine
- 50 g of almond paste
- 175 g of yoghurt
- 15 cl of whipped
- Round biscuits
- 6 orange slices
- 6 cherries
