Instructions

Whip the egg yolks with sugar and add the cream, milk and coffee, mixing gently.

Let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Pour the cream in 6 pirofiline from oven and bake in a Bain-Marie, hot oven at 150 degrees for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with the brown sugar.

Turn on the grill and put the pirofiline in the oven to caramelize the sugar.

Let cool before serving.
