Instructions

Put in a saucepan cream, sugar and vanilla and set it on low heat.

Cook until the sugar has dissolved.

Apart beat the egg yolks and combine them with cream.

Melt the chocolate in a Bain-Marie, pour in the cream and egg mixture and put the whole thing on fire, in a water bath, cooking without boiling, until it is slightly thickened.

Remove from heat, let cool, season with brandy and serve cold.
