Instructions

Mix the cream, vanilla and sugar in a saucepan over low heat and keep it until the sugar is well dissolved.

Apart beat the egg and embed fresh cream slowly.

Grate the chocolate and dissolve it in a Bain-Marie.

Add the cream and continue to cook over Bain-Marie without bringing to the boil.

Remove from heat, add 1 tablespoon of alkermes and allow to cool before serving.
