Sauerkraut with mushrooms and potatoes
Instructions
In a saucepan, then Brown in a knob of butter chopped onion.
Add sauerkraut and mushrooms into thin slices.
Make season bright flame and then add the potatoes, peeled and cut into very thin slices.
Savoury Pies.
Reduce the heat and cook covered for three quarters of an hour, adding water if necessary.
Serve.

- 200 g of sauerkraut
- 200 g of chapels of fungi
- 1 walnut butter
- 1 onion
- Salt
