Mussels with green tomatoes
Instructions
Carefully clean the mussels under running water.
Put them in a pan with a little olive oil and a clove of garlic, let them open a high flame.
Remove clams from shells and keep them aside.
Wash the peppers, remove seeds and cut them into, white coastlines, wide-brimmed cut.
In a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil and a clove of garlic, Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, add salt.
Add clams and mixing gently let stand for a few minutes.
Transfer to a warm serving dish and sprinkle with thyme.
