Mussels alla marinara
Instructions
Clean the mussels with the help of a kitchen sponge rough and torn off the stringy wire between the two valve, taking it between your thumb and forefinger and pulling it to a large portion of mussels.
Then wash very well under running water.
In a large frying pan FRY in oil and garlic, before browned, pour the wine, salt and mussels.
Turn and cook until it will be opened.
Then sprinkle with parsley and serve well-heated eliminating the mussels that have not opened.
If you find mussels with white flesh, don't think they are bad, they are only males, females are orange.

- 1500 g of mussels
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 chili
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 12 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
