Vegetable couscous
Instructions
Dry onions with 2 tablespoons oil, add the vegetables for minestrone soup, add salt and let stand for a few minutes before adding 1/2 l of broth.
Bake for about 50 minutes.
Shortly before remove from heat add the chopped olives and chopped parsley and basil.
Let stand for 10 minutes and serve with couscous.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 450 g of for mixed vegetable soup
- 10 green olives
- 100 g of cooked couscous
- 1/2 chalmers
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of chopped basil
- 1 nut for stock
