Couscous with meat
Instructions
To heat the oil in the pan to cook the couscous.

- 500 g of coarse semolina
- 1000 g of beef (or lamb)

- 2 potatoes

- 1 small beetroot
- 2 artichokes
- 200 g of chickpeas
- 2 onions
- 200 g of fave
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 100 g of butter
