Instructions
Put in Bowl 1 egg yolks with the sugar, beating until the mixture is well fitted.
Add little by little, stirring, lemon juice, vinegar and cold broth.
Tap the slices of meat, then pass them one at a time, in the beaten egg with salt and then in the breadcrumbs.
Brown them in butter, put them in 1 serving dish and cover them with the prepared sauce and serve.

- 600 g of sliced turkey breast
