Veal chops with herbs
Instructions
Lardellate each cutlet with 2 anchovies, bacon and place them in a pan with the onions, herbs and flavourings; Add water and simmer.
Serve in a dish by placing around the onions and season with the cooking sauce.

- 6 veal cutlets
- 12 anchovies
- 120 g of lard
- 6 spring onions
- Chives
- Parsley
- Laurel
- Basil
- 2 cloves
- 2 tablespoons of brandy
