Veal cutlets in surprise
Instructions
In a nonstick pan and cook 2-3 minutes for the veal Cutlets: must be well browned.
Spread on the table four sheets of aluminum foil or parchment paper; above each have the chops, season with salt, pepper, some chopped parsley, lemon juice and a knob of butter.
Close the cartocci, put them on the grill of the oven already warm to 220 degrees and cook for about 10 minutes.
Past the cartocci, baked on individual plates and serve immediately.
