Instructions
With egg and breadcrumbs fried chicken slices, fry them in plenty of hot oil, turning often, until well browned and crisp, then estraetele and let them dry on paper towels.

While chops bake the vegetables in olive oil, drained and cut into strips.
Cut the meat into strips and put it in a salad bowl with the vegetables.
Sprinkle with the lemon juice and stir.

- 600 g of sliced chicken breast
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Frying oil
- 300 g of mixed vegetables in olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Salt
