Pork chops in butter and sage
Instructions
Check the chops and bone appiattitele a wee bit with the mallet.
In a saucepan melt the butter and let insaporitelo make you paint the Sage leaves.
Then lay the meat and cook 5 minutes heavy on both sides.
Add salt and pepper.
Eventually, the meat should be soft, golden brown and well cooked too close to the bone.
Accompanying wines: Barbera Del Monferrato DOC, Merlot DOC Piave, Rosso Conero DOC.

- 4 pork chops with bone
- 40 g of butter
- 6 leaves of sage
- Salt
- Pepper
