Lamb chops with wine
Instructions
In a pan with olive oil and Sage leaves, Saute on both sides, the chops.
Pour them wine and let evaporate over a low heat for 10 minutes.
Remove the chops from the Pan and put them on a serving dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper and tie well cooking sauce remaining in pan and pour over pork chops.
Accompany, as a side dish with grilled vegetables (Zucchini, Eggplant and peppers).
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 12 chops lamb
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 glass red wine
- Some leaves of sage
- Salt
- Pepper
