Spicy lamb chops
Instructions
In a skillet brown chops in oil.
Cook for 5 minutes, rigirandole; put them in a saucepan.
Together with cooking the flour, cumin and paprika, stir, heat and pour over pork chops.
Add the broth, the past, salt, pepper and vegetables.
Cook for 45 minutes and serve cospargendole of parsley.

- 6 high lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 60 cl of meat broth
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons of cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
- 1 small turnip
- 6 carrots
- 15 french
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
