Lamb chops in Spicy Sauce
Instructions
Place the tomato paste in a terrinetta, add the olive oil, lemon juice, chili, ginger, crushed garlic cloves, parsley, salt and stir the ingredients thoroughly with a fork until you have a smooth and homogeneous compound.
After that, the lamb chops of fat parts, slightly appiattitele, spread them on both sides with the sauce prepared and put them as on a plate; cover with a sheet of plastic wrap and let stand the meat in the refrigerator for 7-8 hours, so you marinate well.
Spent the time indicated, remove the meat from the refrigerator, sgocciolatela summarily from sauce marinade (which will keep aside) and let it roast moderately lively heat in a large saucepan with a knob of butter, a couple of minutes per side; then, lower the heat to low and continue cooking for 15-20 minutes.
Shortly before the end, put in casserole also held by the marinade, making sure to distribute it evenly over the meat and finally transferred to the preparation on the serving dish.

- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 walnut butter
- Salt
