Fried Strips of lamb chops
Instructions
Beat with a large knife chops for scacchiarle a bit.
In a bowl beat the reds of the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Pass the pork chops in egg and then in bread crumbs and egg.
FRY in a pan with olive oil extra-virgin piping hot.
Turn at least twice and serve well-heated.

- Olive oil extra virgin
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- Breadcrumbs
