Pork chops Alla Siciliana (2)
Instructions
Spread with meat tenderizer veal slices, cover with a little vinegar and let them marinate for 1/2 hour.
Drain, put them in cheese mixed with a clove of garlic and a tablespoon of chopped parsley, beaten egg, salted and peppered in breadcrumbs and FRY in hot oil.
Cook on one side, then turn them and drain when they are completely imbiondite.
Shall serve the hot chops.

- 500 g of veal slices
- 50 g of grated pecorino cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- Little of wine vinegar
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Salt
