Grilled Chops (Costolette Alla Griglia)
Instructions
Grease the chops with oil, salt them, pepatele, and add the garlic and thyme.
Place them on the grill of the oven and simmer for 25 minutes.
Serve the chops over some lettuce leaves covered with nuts of butter.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 chops pork tenderloin
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 40 g of butter
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Some leaves of lettuce salad
