Pork chops to green
Instructions
Cook the pork chops in butter, salt and pepper, adding, if necessary, a little nut broth.
When the meat is cooked remove from pan and put in cooking wine and water in which you will loose the nut.
To restrict the sauce, combine the juice of 1 lemon and parsley.
Serve the meat with the sauce.

- 4 veal cutlets
- 40 g of butter
- 1 glass white wine
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 nut
- Lemon juice
- 1 sprig of chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
