Pork chops with tomato sauce
Instructions
Firm up the eggs and blend together with the parsley and a clove of garlic.
In a large frying pan to heat the butter and oil, then add the cutlets flour, salt and pepper, then add the tomato and cook.
Place the meat in the dish, before pouring the sauce, sprinkle with the chopped mixture and serve.
