The ribs iavècc
Instructions
In a medium-sized lavècc take their spare ribs cut in half.
In them, you take care to put their fat part in direct contact with the bottom of the pot.
You throw in the fire and let it Cook (almost Grill) ribs, turning often.
After five to ten minutes add the spices (thyme, basil, pepper and garlic) mixed together and then--immediately--the wine is poured, as so much so as to keep the ribs moist.
(Have in mind that wine doesn't have to be cold).
Let Cook for an hour and a half.
Fifteen minutes before the end of cooking, salts.
You bring the lavècc to the table and serve the hot ribs, directly on the plates.

- 1500 g of pork ribs
- Thyme
- Basil
- Pepper
- Salt
- 2 cloves of garlic (optional)
- 100 cl of dry red wine (or dry white wine)
