Stuffed celery sticks
Instructions
Carefully clean the celery, wash them thoroughly, Pat dry with paper towel and arrange on a serving dish.
Meanwhile, using a mixer, chop garlic, Arugula and hazelnuts.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the cheese.
Mix vigorously all joining to the olive oil, season and continue to stir.
Then, distributed in equal parts the mixture on celery sticks and sprinkle with coarsely chopped hazelnuts.
It should be kept in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
