Crusted leg of lamb
Instructions
In a bowl mix one tablespoon of thyme, oregano, parsley and finely chopped Rosemary.
Add oil and breadcrumbs.
Add salt, pepper and stir.
Place the leg on a large baking sheet, spread it with the mixture of herbs and place in oven at 240° c for 30 minutes.
Half-cooked lowered the temperature to 180 degrees and add a ladle into the bowl of hot water.
When the meat is cooked, remove the Pan from the oven, cover it to keep the heat and let stand 10 minutes.
Cut the leg pieces and arrange on a serving dish.
As a side dish served red tomatoes cut in half, seeds and in private, filled with chopped oregano and bread crumbs, flavored with olive oil, salt, pepper and cooked for 15 minutes in the oven.
