Instructions
Record two-way rind, salted meat and pepatela, adding the cloves.
Put it in a pan with margarine, which you previously loose and bake.
Cut the cabbage and onion add remaining spices and the meat.
Cook for 2 hours and occasionally wet the meat with its juices.
10 minutes before end of cooking salt water soaked rind; remove the meat from the Pan and pass the gravy, stemperandolo on the heat with a tablespoon of flour.
The sauce must be served separately.
