Chicken thighs with mashed rich
Instructions
In an ovenproof dish fried thighs thoroughly with half of the butter, olive oil, garlic and Rosemary, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with wine and when evaporated wrap the thighs in slices of speck.
Finish cooking in the oven.
Served on mashed potatoes Rich that you prepared with the remaining butter.

- 1 pack of mashed rich findus
- 6 chicken thighs
- 6 slices of speck
- 20 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Rosemary
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
