Corzetti alla ligure
Instructions
Work dough of water; flour, a pinch of salt, until it is hard and smooth.
Make pasta dumplings the size of a Chickpea and crush them by giving them the form of a concave 8.
Boil them in salted boiling water.
Toss with melted butter, marjoram, crushed pine nuts and cheese.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- For the dough:
- 300 g of wholemeal flour
- 1 pinch of unrefined sea salt
- Water
- For the sauce:
- Fresh butter
- 1 handful of marjoram leaves
- Pine nuts
- Grated parmesan cheese
