Instructions
Blend for one minute the egg yolks with sugar, add the cream and a pinch of vanillin.
Blend for one minute.
Put the cream in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly, taking care that no bubble.
Let cool the custard and pour into a mold to bun left in freezer two hours before serving.
Put the ice cream on a serving dish and garnish with the pineapple cut into pieces after rose with a few tablespoons of grenadine.
