Stuffed croissants
Instructions
Cook spinach, drain them, pass them to the mixer, put it together in a bowl and season with salt.
Whip the cream, embedding it in the past, combine the Parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt and nutmeg.
Mix from the bottom upwards until mixture is homogenous.
Halve the croissants and heating in the oven.
Cover the inside with spinach cream and put in oven at 180 degrees already warm for a few minutes.

- 4 savoury croissants
- 300 g of frozen spinach
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 8 tablespoons of whipping cream
- Nutmeg
- Salt
