Apple cups (2)
Instructions
Peel the apples, cut them into small pieces and blend with the cream and sugar.
Add to the mixture the whipped cream, a pinch of cinnamon and the liquor.
Divide into individual cups and keep in the fridge for an hour before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 big apples
- 200 g of whipped
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 == Pto ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of brandy
