Apple Cups (Coppette di Mele)
Instructions
Cut apples into small pieces, mix with cream and sugar, then add the mixture to the whipped cream, and cinnamon liquor.
Put in freezer for 15 minutes, then distributing cups and keep in the fridge for 1 hour.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 big apples
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 200 g of whipped cream sweetened
- 1 == Pto Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of brandy (or rum)
