Apricot Mini-Cups
Instructions
Wash the apricots, stone them and divide them into 2 parts.
Put them in a blender, adding the lemon juice and icing sugar and blend.
Then pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the cream already assembled.
Distribute the cream in cups and refrigerate.
When serving, garnish with pieces of apricots.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of apricots
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 200 g of cream
