Instructions
Prepare the vanilla ice cream base according to recipe.
Prepare four high glasses and put them in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
Fill each glass halfway then with iced coffee well sweetened and according to your tastes.
Remove the ice cream from the freezer and, with the appropriate tool, make balls arranged in bowls.
Decorated with whipped cream and sprinkle on the latter some coarsely chopped pistachio.
Serve immediately with long-handled spoons.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 base cream ice cream (see recipe)
- Very cold coffee
- Sugar
- 150 g of whipped
- Some of pistachios
