Instructions
Crumble the macaroons and wet with little liquor.
Beat the eggs with sugar until mixture is puffy and fluffy then add the mascarpone and, when it is completely mixed, add the jam and then the amaretti.
Mix well and divide into 4 dessert bowls.
Keep in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
Before serving, Garnish each cup with whipped cream.

- 2 eggs
- 100 g of mascarpone
- 200 g of chestnut jam
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 50 g of amaretti biscuits
- Little of amaretto liqueur
