Instructions
With the fruit indicated prepared a fruit salad: Peel peaches; wash the plums and apricots; Peel the melon and remove seeds; then cut all the fruit into cubes and collected into a bowl, where the dress with sugar and Grand Marnier.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours, so that the fruit can soak of liquor.
Whip the cream to thick snow, incorporating the icing sugar.
Reduce the chocolate to thin scales.
At the appropriate time, drain the fruit from liquor and proceed to the preparation of the cups: put half the fruit, then a layer of vanilla ice cream, then still one of fruit and finish with Pistachio ice cream (ice cream you can buy them ready-made, or prepare them at home by following the related recipes, but by half doses).
With the cream and the special sweet syringe with a star nozzle decorated the surface of the cups.
Sprinkle chocolate shavings and keep in freezer until ready to serve.

- 1 fishing
- 4 plums
- 4 apricots
- 1/2 honeydew melon
- 50 g of granulated sugar
- Grand marnier
- 1 1/2 cup of whipping cream
- 50 g of icing sugar
- 100 G = = Chocolate
- 350 g of base cream ice cream (see recipe)
- 350 g of pistachio ice cream
