Raspberry ice cream cups
Instructions
Blend raspberries with 5-6 tablespoons of water, put the cream in 1 Bowl and combine the icing sugar, the glass of kirsch, the juice of 1/2 lemon and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar.
Mix the cream and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Serve in cups and on each put 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, cover with 1/2 peaches and drizzle with raspberry cream.

- 250 g of frozen raspberries
- 4 half peach compote
- 150 g of icing sugar
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 dram of kirsch
- 150 g of vanilla ice cream
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
