Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with sugar and butter, add milk and cocoa, put on the fire, in a double boiler until the cream is thickened.
Add some crumbled marrons glacés and rum, serve in bowls.

- 6 egg yolks
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 50 g of cocoa
- 50 cl of milk
- 1 walnut butter
- 1 dram of rum
