Chocolate custard cups
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with sugar and butter, add the milk and cocoa and cook in a Bain-Marie until the cream is thickened.
Combine the crumbs and rum Brown, splitting into individual bowls and serve.

- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 50 g of cocoa
- 50 cl of milk
- 1 dram of rum
- 1 walnut butter
- 4 brown (chocolate)
