Forest Cups (Coppe di Bosco)
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into strips.
Cut into strips the cheese, carrots and celery.
Remove the skins and Clementine to the seeds, add the other ingredients, add salt and pepper.
Whip the cream and gently add to mayonnaise to disassemble.
Seasoned with this sauce all the ingredients together, spread the mixture into individual bowls and serve.

- 100 g of emmenthal cheese
- 2 carrots
- 2 hearts of white celery
- 3 clementine
- Salt

- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
