Rainbow Cup (Coppe Arcobaleno)
Instructions
Prepare 4 glass cups and put them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash the raspberries; Peel the Kiwis and cut into thin slices.
Return the glasses and on the bottom of each 1 layer of Strawberry sorbet, by putting on a slice of kiwi, then 1 of lemon sorbet; cover it with raspberries cut in half and finish with 1 bullet of pistachio ice cream.
Spray in each cup the seltz very cold.

- 200 g of strawberry sorbet
- 200 g of pistachio ice cream
- 200 g of lemon sorbet
- 2 kiwi
- 100 g of raspberries
- Seltz
