Candied Fruit cups (2)
Instructions
Finely crush cookies and distribute them in 4 cups, then spray them liberally with rum.
1 In a bowl mix the ricotta with 1 tablespoon milk, then, continuing to stir, stir in the sugar, 2 tablespoons rum and dark chocolate reduced to thin scales.
Distribute this mixture in bowls on the soggy biscuit of rum and garnish with mixed candied fruit cut into pieces.

- 300 g of ricotta
- 100 g of sugar
- 80 g of chocolate
- 200 g of mixed candied fruit
- Rum
- 10 savoiardi biscuits
- 1 tablespoon of milk
