Instructions
Peel the apples, core material, privatel cut into pieces and cook in a saucepan covered in low heat with little water for 30 minutes.
Pass through the food mill and collect the mashed in a bowl.
Add the sugar and the egg whites and pour the mixture in the Blender to get a thick cream and white.
Put in a dessert Bowl, garnish with the candied fruit into small pieces and place in the fridge for an hour.
