Instructions
In a large bowl, add the sieved ricotta, mascarpone, coffee, sugar, nutella and stir well until mixture is smooth.
Prepare dessert cups and 4 pour into each the cream.
Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and keep them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of mascarpone
- 70 == G Ricotta
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 1 cup of coffee
- 100 g of nutella
- 70 == G Hazelnuts
